Boarding is in a comfortable, temperature regulated, indoor facility for ease of sanitation, with ample clean bedding and sanitized dishes. (We do not accept personal bedding or dishes). We have an additional air filtration system at both stores that cleans and sanitizes the air 20-30 times daily throughout the entire building to aid in reduced transmission of germs and viruses. 80% of the Burnside facility was recycled at the build-out. No chemicals were used to treat the floors, or our beautiful vaulted, skylighted ceilings. We do not use mat systems at either store, as all mat systems absorb viruses, and bacteria, and are impossible to sanitize thoroughly. When dogs need to rest their joints, they can lie on the comfortable bedding inside of the crates. We have never had potty training issues, being an indoor facility, as our flooring is so much different than a home's.

Owners may bring toys and food. As of February 1, 2008 we charge for house boarding food, but we encourage you to bring your pet's daily food to reduce any chance of stomach upset. Please have food in plastic containers weighing 20 lbs. or less. You can bring multiple containers if needed for longer stays. House food is a blend of Innova Evo beef and Wellness chicken.

We closely monitor and record all activities, with lots of positive human attention. Dogs are exercised at least, but not limited to, twice daily. Daycare is included and pettiquette in Daycare is always free!

Walks:
Small Dog: $5 per walk
Large Dog: $10 per walk

Runs:
We provide lavish, size appropriate boarding. All of our runs are linked together and double meshed so they sleep together as a pack but separated physically which prevents frustration based aggression and separation anxiety. We never board small dogs next to large dogs. We have studied animal behavior and worked with animals all of our lives. We know what is best for each individual animal depending on their breed, training, temperament and socialization. There is no extra charge for medical or personality issues.

All cats sleep in a comfy stainless steel kennel. We provide the luxurious bedding and cat boxes, cleaned twice daily. Boarded cats are fed high quality food. As of February 1, 2008 we charge for house food, but we encourage you to bring your pet's daily food to reduce any chance of stomach upset. Everything they do is closely monitored and recorded.

Daycare: The name may be the same as dog daycare, but in no way is it the same service. The cats are let out by themselves, and are permitted to play on the play structure and stretch their legs for no less than 20 minutes per "$5 daycare fee." No discounts are permitted with this service.
